poppies are amongst the most symbolic and influential flowering plants in the culture of mankind. They have been used since 6.000 BC for opium production and made their way around the world along the silk route. On the other hand, the remembrance red poppies are worn to commemorate those who have died in WWI in the Flanders Fields. This colourful lampas is presented in 8 colours that are very fresh and luminous combined with a gorgeous small-scale pattern design. This jacquard is mostly used for upholstery, drapery and amazing cushions.
