waterlilies, which name originates by the nymphs of Greek and Latin mythology. Also, the ancient Egyptians revered the Nile water lilies, which were known as lotuses. The lotus motif is a frequent feature in temple column architecture. This aquatic pattern jacquard velvet is woven in complex four chain looms. The relief effect is created by different methods of weaving the linen velvet, cut and uncut. The fabric is particularly suitable for heavy-duty upholstery and is available in 5 colourways.
